Precision Homes, built in CanadaUnlike traditional construction our builds are build as detachable panels in a controlled manufacturing facility. Once the home arrives on site it is then built by Canadians. This method reduces building costs and speeds up the build. It also offers consistency in all builds. As environmental concerns rise in the industry, this form of building also reduces on-site waste as each home comes complete and precut for assembly. All homes come equipped with flooring, kitchen and bathroom.
Our homes are engineered in Germany and adhere to the highest standards of the Canadian building regulations and codes.

Welcomed as an integral member of the executive leadership team since 2025, Martin Wille serves as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and the authority on the structural design, engineering, and technical execution of all homes and builds. Specializing in conventional steel framing and advanced building systems, Martin bridges the gap between innovative architectural design and robust structural engineering. He is directly responsible for the technical integrity, safety, and scalable manufacturing design of all structures, ensuring every build is highly resilient, precise, and optimized for seamless on-site assembly.
Martin is a structural engineer with a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Bielefeld, Germany, earned in 1995. He spent many years working in the private sector for large companies, eventually specializing in steel construction due to its exceptional qualities and wide range of advantages in modern building design and engineering.
In 2021, Martin founded his own company and now works with clients around the world in both the automotive and residential construction sectors. His areas of expertise include structural design, site and project management, and engineering leadership. He has a proven track record in managing large-scale industrial construction projects, building high-performing cross-functional teams, and leading technical operations in Germany and abroad. With 30 years of professional experience, Martin is proud to contribute his extensive knowledge and skills to SmartCasa™ and its clients.
Martin met Kathy in Nova Scotia in 2024, where she shared her inspiring vision for steel home construction. The two quickly built a strong foundation of trust and recognized the opportunity to create something truly impactful together through SmartCasa™.
